Mary-Anne Fitzgerald’s longevity in the real estate industry is a true testament to her absolute passion for residential real estate sales and her ability to grow with incredible market changes. Her 27 years of real estate sales experience, 21 of those at Blunts, span the 1988 real estate boom which changed the face of residential real estate, the following early 1990s recession and the Global Financial Crisis which saw many real estate agents leave the industry because the market conditions were just too tough. Throughout each era , Mary-Anne successfully sold her clients properties by adapting to the market changes through new strategies and embracing new technology. Real estate is an extremely personal business, at times highly stressful to the parties involved and as the agent you must be right in the thick of things dealing directly with both the seller and buyer to obtain the right result. I have deliberately forged my career on not relying on a personal assistant to do the basics of real estate and consequently prefer to handle less volume of property.’ This personal approach has paid off in spades for her with an incredible high auction clearance rate and strong referral network.
